We finish up your logo design and begin preparing the files to send to you. If you've chosen to continue your branding journey with website design, that phase starts now!
Everything is complete! You receive all of your final files and the website is ready to go!

Brand development/custom logo work takes 4-6 weeks once your project has begun, and web design/development takes 2-4+ months once that phase of the project starts. The length of your project time depends on the complexity of the project, and how responsive you are to our questions and emails. This is where we tell you to be available and preset during the whole process, because the more we get from you, the faster the process goes! Please note, if you are unresponsive for longer than 14 days, we will place your project on hold and move on to the next client. There will be a $150 restart fee to place you back on our calendar. At this time, we are unable to put a rush order on projects because of the nature of scheduling.
We build completely custom Showit 5 and Squarespace websites, OR customized Wordpress templates.
No. You don’t have to worry about finding a hosting platform if choosing a Showit5 based site. Websites designed through the Showit 5 platform are hosted with them as well. But don’t worry, we’ll take care of all the techie stuff for you! If you choose a customized WordPress site instead of Showit, we recommend hosting through GoDaddy.com, as they have amazing customer service and fantastic hosting plans. We can walk you through how your hosting account and cPanel work after your website launch during our phone consult if you have questions.
Those things don’t come with your new website or logo, but can be added on! We have some really great add-ons, which can be viewed above! Contact us with any questions if you have specific marketing collateral in mind!
We never try to take on too many clients at once to ensure the very best service we can provide to each and every client. With that said, depending on the number of projects ahead of you, it’s possible you’ll be put on a waitlist. About a week before your project is set to begin, we’ll email you to let you know “IT’S HAPPENING!” and remind you off all of the things we need to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
Yes to both! Once you pay your retainer, you’ll receive a link to a questionnaire to fill out online. We encourage taking your time and answering every single question carefully and thoughtfully because we use this information to create your branding. Creating a Pinterest board is super helpful as well because this allows us to see what styles you like and what draws your eye. You can pin anything, and it doesn’t have to be branding related (it can be fashion, home decor, colors, etc.)…it might not seem like any of it would make sense together, but it makes sense to us, so pin to your heart’s content and then send us the link!
Absolutely! Shoot us an email to see which plan you fit into best. We have 2, 3, and 4 part payment plans for website design and 2 part plans available for logo design. Please note, half of your project must be paid before the start of your project, and you must be paid in full before we will release all of your final files/launch your website.
You betcha. For special pricing, we develop your custom e-commerce site with shopping cart, set up a few products for you, and then show you how it all works in your post-project phone/Google Hangout consult. Contact us for full details on e-commerce sites!
Totally fine! We want you to love your site as much as we do. Although we usually get it right within the first 3 revisions, we understand that sometimes you have a specific vision in mind. Additional revisions are billed at $75/hr as needed.
Yes! Because we schedule things as they come, the non-refundable retainer ensures that you have a place on our calendar, and we won’t schedule anyone else for that start date. The retainer is a percentage of your balance, and applies to the entire amount you’ll pay and isn’t an extra fee, but does ensure a smooth process from the start.
By the start of your project, your questionnaire should be completed and returned, and then any Pinterest board links, or images that you think we need to see for inspo, should be sent to us. We will also need images you want included, as well as the written copy you want included for the pages of the site. We’ll schedule a phone or Google Hangout consult a few days before the start of your project to make sure we’re on the same page!
We get really excited to start projects with our clients, and love to be able to give the very best of ourselves to each and every one. For that reason, we only take a limited number of clients per month to ensure that our clients receive a hands-on, completely custom experience from us. Right now, we are taking 2 website design clients, and 2 logo design clients per month. You will be placed on the following month’s schedule if the current month is full.
